This layout uses a slightly modified verison of the classic Inglenook Sidings track plan, and is built in HOn30. It will use rolling stock that I started building prior to construction of the layout, much of it lettered for the Skowhegan & Athens Railroad.

Because this section of the site covers a layout, and rolling stock, which is currently being built these pages will be updated frequently. Initially this layout was covered in one page, but now that the amount of information has grown I have split it down to separate pages.

These pages can all be accessed from the menu to the left.

Current state of progress
As at 27-Feb-2007 all trackwork is completed, with point motors and electromagnets fitted and wired.
I have also just completed a modification of the baseboard for a lowered lake bed (this should really have been done before track laying, but it was a late decision to set the layout next to a lake), added a harbour wall section and begun installing rock castings.
Next to do will be to paint the rail and dry brush the sleepers prior to ballasting.
The layout is progressing, although slowly as I keep spending my time building more HOn30 stock, even though I do now have the requsite eight cars to operate this layout.
