For modern image wagon modellers, data panels are surely the essential detail for anyone wanting to be realistic. This ordering page allows you to specify exactly what you want in wagon data panels, from colour type to all of the individual entries. Our complete decals are ready to apply in one piece.
The templates we have designed are based on the most common up-to-date formats - panels for metric (tonne and kilogramme) units. Obviously there have been other types and many more variations, starting with imperial (Tons) measures. Sadly we cannot cover all possible real life variations in this generic order form, but for special requests, please Contact Us to ask for anything else to be made to match an example photograph.
British wagons have carried TOPS wagon data panels since 1975, based on a standard sized rectangular design. The top line of text normally shows a three or four letter wagon type code. The first letter signifies the main wagon type group. The second identifies the individual type within that group - the meaning of which is different for each group. The third denotes the type of main brakes fitted in addition to the hand brakes. Any fourth letter identifies differences within a specific wagon type.

We offer up to four sets of three custom order wagon data panels made to the specifications you enter below. The clear backed forms are printed on a clear-film waterslide media, which requires some cutting out. The black on white and white on black types are printed without carrier, effectively pre-cut. The example decals shown below are an actual scan of a OO 4mm print.
Waterslide decals, order code "D19-B", are priced at £2.50p for one set of 3. Identical repeat sets, up to a maximum of four sets of 3, can be added for £0.50p per each additional set.
