Please tell your fellow modelling friends directly about us, forward or tag our Instagram postings. But do not publish our telephone number, email or address details elsewhere on-line - when for example an email address is mentioned in a forum posting or "blog", that inevitably leads to "spam" when those details are harvested by "robot" programs. Customer details given to us will remain confidential and will not be published or passed to any third party without consent. This includes email addresses and telephone numbers which will be used only in private correspondance in relation to specific orders or enquiries. Note that web shopping through PayPal requires your details to be given to PayPal, address details are then passed to sellers with the order confirmation notes that are copied to the buyer. eMail We respond to every message that we receive, usually within a working day, although sometimes there are times when we are more busy or have other commitments when it may take up to a week for us to respond. If you do not appear to have received a reply to a message, please check your spam filter in case our response has been filtered out. Be aware that it is easy to fake a mail address so as to make it appear that a "spam" message has come from anywhere. We have "SPF" domain policies, as required by some email handlers, to identify where our emails legitimately originate, and have that set up for mailservers to reject any other false sources of emails claiming to be from us. Because of our "SPF" domain policies we may not be able to respond to emails sent from "alias" or "vanity domain" addresses - they work by forwarding emails, which then may fail the "SPF" policy requirements when the mail may appear to be sourced from the forwarding mailserver, rather than having come direct from our own. Please do not use such "alias" or "vanity domain" addresses. We do not use "DKIM" encryption for digitally signed emails. We do not accept mail from "black listed" mail server machines. Our servers consult "SpamCop", to check for mail servers that have been used to send "spam" - any messages sent through such servers will initially be returned to sender with an error. If your Internet Service Provider's mail server gets blocked in this way, we would suggest that you consider moving to an alternative supplier that is more in control of "spam" outputs - the problem will likely be the tip of an iceberg! You will not receive unsolicited junk mail from us, however we will notify you of a significant update in relation to an earlier order. We do not use mailing lists to send "spam" and deliberately do not publish our email addresses for "robots" to capture. Remember that email attachments from whatever source should be checked for viruses and not opened unless you are sure that they are safe. Security The computer that runs this site and associated mail is a dedicated IBM pSeries Enterprise Server, running the AIX UNIX operating system. It has been installed in accordance with the highest level of e-Commerce security considerations. The same systems are behind many web banking operations. This site has been deliberately designed to use original standards and features so as to be as portable and simple as possible. There is nothing in it that could ever be considered a security concern - it does not gather any of your details and the operation does not involve any security-relevant functions. However during the Autumn of 2017 McAfee, an anti-virus suite bundled in with some computers, started flagging our site for "phising activities" - completely erroneously and something which has now been resolved, without any explanation as to why they got that wrong in the first place. Rest assured that this site has always been completely safe and will remain so. Server system logs of traffic are collected for security and statistical purposes only - they are not disclosed and they would not contain any personal details. Real time automatic analysis is carried out on the logs to check for attempted security breaches, any offending IP address will be completely blocked from any access with our server after a threshold of notable events has been reached. For example, attempts to load non-existent web pages, which initially result in our home page, will then not be responded to and no further access will be allowed until a block out time window has passed. For "spam" mailers, or addresses that launch "denial of service" attacks, the block out is indefinite. Legitimate ISP mail servers can be intermittently blocked as a result of security issues from some of their users, resulting in delays or undelivered mail for other users - please use our Web Mail "Contact Form" instead of the Email "Open Mail Progam" option if you have not had a reply to a normal email. For a list of individual IP addresses that this server is currently blocking, click on the button below - that will not however show ranges of addresses where there have been repeated problems from related addresses that we have separately blocked as a group. Browsers This site does not use "cookies" - it will not store any information on your computer. Web shopping through PayPal does make use of "cookies" however. The normal browser default to enable "JavaScript" (or "Active Scripting" as it's sometimes known) is required to use the buttons for site navigation and PayPal operations. Our operations are carried out from a private residence, with no facilities for visitors. All business is conducted through PayPal and there is normally no requirement to post anything to us.
